Mysa Apartments
Developed a 122-unit community in Seattle’s Lake City neighborhood.
2021
Bel-15 Apartments
Acquired a 15-unit community in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.
2024
Mar Ann Apartments
Acquired a 22-unit community in Bellevue’s Factoria neighborhood.
